Niah Isabella Schauer

  • Senior, Political Science major

I am happy to become a part of Phi Beta Kappa at UWM! I am a third year university student in my second year at UWM after transferring from UW Oshkosh. I am majoring in Political Science with a minor in Spanish, with prospective graduation in Spring 2024. I am very interested in nature and our environment, and I love spending time outdoors. I gained my deep appreciation for nature from growing up on, and eventually working on, my family's farm in central Wisconsin. On the farm I was always surrounded by and immersed in the outdoors.

I currently have an internship with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and after graduation I look forward to doing work that helps to protect and preserve our environment.
