Martina Pizzo

The extensive opportunities that have been provided to me by UWM and it's faculty members in both the International Studies and Italian departments have continued to contribute and prepare myself for present and future plans. All in all, not only academically speaking, the experiences lived at UWM as an undergraduate have ultimately helped me become a well rounded person. From making the Dean's list every semester, to becoming an Italian tutor, and ultimately, studying abroad in Rome for a semester that was cut short due to Covid, all make the honor of accepting my membership much more grand.

I am excited for what the future has in store for me and I will forever continue to work hard and fulfill my personal goals by taking matters one step at a time- one problem at a time.
