I am absolutely thrilled and honored to be a part of Phi Beta Kappa. I want to give a big thanks to all the Women’s and Gender Studies (WGS) staff and faculty for being such great, motivational, caring instructors who encouraged and ignited my love for WGS. I also want to give a big shout-out to MKE Scholars Associate Director Ariel-Milton Kern, who has been such a supportive and inspiring figure since my first year at UWM. Finally, I would like to thank the folks at All-In Milwaukee (AIM) who continue to provide me with all the resources I need to thrive and succeed.

Currently, I am in my third year at UWM majoring in Psychology with a pre-nursing track. I am also minoring in WGS and pursuing two certificates. I hope to incorporate the important things I learned through these programs in my future career in order to provide all communities with the top-quality care they deserve.
