Aubrie Kalin Gorski

  • Senior, Psychology major

Throughout my distinguished time at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee I have had the honor of participating in Division I Track and Field and been graced with entrance and participation in UWM's Honors College. During my time in the Honors College, I was a student of the Royals and Rebels study abroad program in the United Kingdom and participated in the Alternative Spring Break trip to New Orleans. As a student of psychology, I had the pleasure of interning as a Youth and Family Specialist Assistant at Walker's Point Youth and Family Shelter. Additionally, I hold the role of president of the Green Bandana Project and initiate mental health awareness and suicide prevention initiatives within athletics and across campus. I have been lucky to contribute my ideas for athletic department improvements through membership in the Student Athlete Excellence Committee. I am excited to compile my experiences and knowledge gained at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee as I pursue a future in clinical mental health counseling.
