Allison Ann DuBois

I am honored to receive an invitation to join UWM's chapter of Phi Beta Kappa! I am a junior majoring in Psychology and in the Therapeutic Recreation program. I recently joined the Therapeutic Recreation program in hopes to get my CTRS in the future. I have always been passionate about working with children with disabilities and I am thankful that I have been able to better my education here at UWM to be able to pursue my goals. The staff in my departments have always been very supportive, especially Patricia Thomas and Aggie Northup who helped me frequently throughout this year. When I transferred to UW-Milwaukee my freshman year I was nervous but also very excited. I had always loved the Milwaukee area and I am grateful for my choice in coming here. My time here has been more than amazing, I am very appreciative for the education I have received and for the people I have met here.
