School of Continuing Education – Network Upgrade (Friday February 16th, 2024; 9AM to 4PM)
Impact to Users
UITS Network Operations will be replacing the existing network switches within the School of Continuing Education (SCE) with new hardware, on Friday February 16th, 2024. This work will occur between 9AM and 4PM and will cause an outage for all networked services.
As a reminder, if there is a problem connecting to the network after work has been completed, the device may need to be rebooted to re-establish its network connection. If problems persist, please escalate to the campus Help Desk as normal with the data jack number and/or MAC Address of the affected device.
