This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts in computer networks. Students will have a chance to do hands-on activities using an easy to use free simulator called Cisco Packet Tracer.
Using this simulator, students will know how to setup networks, configure routers, computers, routing protocol, and mask or hide IP addresses. Students will also know how to create Access Lists that will allow or deny users from accessing networks.
You do not need to have prior networking experience to take this course. I will provide you with short, not long videos which I created that are easy to follow that show you how to set up networks, use packet tracer, configure routers, etc.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
