30-minute Guided Deep Relaxation and Gratitude Practice for Entrepreneurs

Learning how to actively relax is a practice and a skill. The benefits of learning how to engage the mind on the body to experience a state of deep rest can support immune health, help restore a sense of balance, and offer clarity and insight in decision making and communication skills, creativity and innovation. We invite you to gather in supportive community for an opportunity to experience a guided relaxation and gratitude practice. Attendees will also leave with a small take home guide with tips and resources to support sustainable well being practices in personal and professional lives as entrepreneurs. This event is hosted by women entrepreneurs. All are welcome.

This event is proudly part of Women’s Entrepreneurship Week and co-presented by Marquette University.
