2026 UWM Innovators Expo – Event Participation Form

The UWM Innovators Expo is the Lubar Entrepreneurship Center’s annual recognition and celebration of interdisciplinary innovation across our campus and with partners.

This is your chance to show UWM faculty, staff, students, donors, and community partners what you have been ‘cooking’ – come join us and talk about your work, research, studies, or passions.

All posters will be hung on a 4 ft X 4 ft 10 inch magnetic whiteboard. If you wish to bring your poster on a poster board, please bring your own easels and foam core.

Note: Due to limited space, we are limiting the number of posters at the event.

All booths will be on a 2.5 feet by 1.5 feet table that seats one comfortably. Two people may be at one booth but it will be tight.

All prototypes will be situated on a case-by-case basis depending on the size and nature of the prototype (electricity needs, etc.).

Great! We will supply you with a special nametag that will serve as an icebreaker to get people to talk to you – feel free to mill around the event and network to your heart’s desire!
