Most of us have a first-aid kit at the ready for physical injuries but few of us have a mental health toolkit for life’s emotional bumps. In this session, Tracy Oles, UWM Wellbeing Manager, will help you design an ’emotional emergency kit’ equipped with strategies, items, and resources to help you stay grounded and support your mental well-being with resilience and compassion.
