UWM’s Drug-Free Campus Policy, including standards of conduct and reporting requirements for convictions, can be found in UWM’s Selected Academic and Administrative Policy 10-5 (SAAP 10-5). Please note that any employee who is convicted (including a plea of nolo contendere) of any drug violation occurring in the workplace is required to notify their dean, director, or department chair within 5 calendar days of the conviction if employed by the University at the time of the conviction.
