Sheng Chang

Sheng Chang (she/her/hers) is the Student Services Program Manager for the Southeast Asian American Student Center.  She oversees the center to ensure that the center provides holistic advising to current Southeast Asian American students at UW-Milwaukee and engages in Southeast Asian community outreach.  She has always believed that education is the great equalizer and wants to make sure that all multicultural students and families are supported.

Sheng earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a focus on History from UW-Madison in 2015 and later went onto earn a Master of Science in Higher Education Student Affairs Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University in 2021.  Before coming to UW-Milwaukee, she served as a financial aid advisor at Bryant & Stratton College from 2019 to 2021 and was a history teacher at Hmong American Peace Academy from 2015 to 2019.
