Bio
Garrett Worman is a senior at UW-Milwaukee in the Design and Visual Communication program. He’s a photographer as well as a designer and loves working in the overlapping of those practices. He runs his own personal photo business doing wedding and family photos. He is a people person, and it is a rewarding experience as a photographer and designer to be able to work closely with others to capture their memories and provide a great experience as well as a finished product. He is most excited at the intersections of disciplines discovering new and interesting solutions to problems. He loves travelling, wine, fitness and friends. He believes creativity is fueled by other interests and hobbies that bring valuable experience back into art.

Description
Beacon is an app that provides high quality and well-informed educational courses on many mental health issues. The courses are meant for those who have someone in their life who is struggling with a mental illness that they might not fully Understand. Through the training the goal is that the person will learn how to speak to and become stronger social support for their loved one though a deeper understanding of what they are experiencing.
