Bio

Tyler Potter is a senior in the Design and Visual Communication program, as well as a business minor student at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Additionally, Tyler is currently doing work as a UI/UX Design Intern at the university’s Student Affairs Information Technology Services.
Tyler’s design experience covers a breadth of material including logos, posters, t-shirts, booklets, maps, motion graphics, and website layout.
For fun Tyler works with video, zine creation, and music. He is a prolific musician and plays bass and provides occasional vocals in three-piece band Future Sight.
Throughout his academic career he has worked towards bettering not only his design skills, but also himself as a person. UWM helped shape Tyler into a confident and hard-working designer dedicated to the growth of his personal design and its impact on its users.

Description

Presto! is an app designed to teach untrained young adults how to properly cook meals at home as a way of creating a happier, healthier population. Users can follow structured lesson plans to learn the basics of cooking, or jump right into cooking, utilizing recipes that contain instructional images and technique definitions. The different methods of teaching, coupled with the humorous nature of the app, allows for a more extensive and diverse user base.

Mission

Presto! is an application that teaches untrained young adults how to properly cook meals at home.
