Bio

Mason Stich is a senior earning his bachelors degree in Design and Visual Communications at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. While learning the fundamentals of design, he also finds enjoyment in illustration, animation, and photography as creative outlets that enhance his love of design and build additional tools for his future design career.

Mason is a designer that is empathetic, observant, and thoughtful, yet he is ambitious to seek challenging opportunities. The challenge of solving a design problem is something that excites and pushes Mason. He recognizes that failure is essential for success and he looks to make improvements in all aspects of his life. Mason actively thinks about problem solving for his community and hopes to influence positivity and progress.

Description

Milwaukee Yield is a locally sourced mobile farmers market, which partners with community gardens and urban agriculture programs. We sell produce and goods produced from local growers, as well as kits to help you start your own garden.

The Milwaukee Yield app alerts you when the market is near you, lists the available goods, and allows you to locate the exact location of the market. The Milwaukee Yield website informs the public on our services and encourages community involvement, engagement, and partnerships.

Mission

Milwaukee Yield is a community driven non-profit organization partnering with community gardens and urban agriculture programs, to provide all people with equal access to quality goods that will improve the health, education, and well being of our community.
