Bio

Kayla is an aspiring designer majoring in Design and Visual Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. With a passion for music and the arts, she has developed a strong sense of subtlety, composition, and surreal aesthetics. She believes every detail from the beginning to the end of the creative process is equally important.

She has had the opportunity to create work for WASFAA (Wisconsin Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators), Northcentral Technical College, College Goal Wisconsin, and more. She has also interned and continues to work for Infinite Wicks as a graphic designer to rebrand and promote their business through marketing and web design.

Other creative outlets Kayla engages in include songwriting and making music for YouTube, handlettering, and photo manipulation. On the other hand, finding the time to relax and Netflix or scroll through Pinterest at 2 a.m. for inspiration never hurt her process.

Whether she is designing for a client, a project, or just for herself, it is her thoughtfulness behind every decision that makes her work stand out. She is eager to learn and is not afraid to take a wild and imaginative approach so long as she can make people’s visions a reality.
