Bio

I am an experienced Graphic Designer with skills in Art Direction, Photography, Logo Design, Adobe Creative Cloud, Advertising, and Pop Art. I have a strong art and design mindset dedicated to communicating using words and graphics as a cohesive unit to bring forth a professional message for the audience. I will be graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Design and Visual Communication program with an emphasis in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee 2020. I am currently interning at Johnson Controls in the Controls Marketing department for US Products. My tasks at Johnson Controls are collecting quantitative and qualitative data from and for marketing campaigns, performing market analysis and research, supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks such as product inventory management and graphic design, assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities, and manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems. I also help organize and set up marketing events such as product symposiums and webinars. I also did freelance work where I was responsible for helping distribute marketing materials, creating logos, website content, brochures, and mailing flyers. Along with creating content and running social media outlets for companies.

Description

Greenfork is a pop-up vegan-based restaurant that focuses on the college students in the local area. It will be in the Unions of the colleges to give the students a healthier alternative in convenient and low-cost food choices. Food will be locally sourced from farmers and made fresh the day of the pop up to enrich the best quality of food for the students. The menu will change and focus on in-season foods of the area. Greenfork will be open for lunch and will have a limit of three options of food available. It will focus on savory, spicy, and sweet options with a revolving menu. The future menus will be available on the Greenfork app and website. Conveniently located in the Student Union, Greenfork will give the students a more healthy and vegetable rich meal choice that is low-cost and fast.

To provide an alternative choice of food for college students that will promote wellness, convenient, and low-cost meals that will help ensure a positive benefits in health, academic performance, and overall well-being.

Vision

We cook food that will benefit the specific needs of college students by focusing on vegetarian-based, farm-to-table meals that will ensure positive results in both health and academic performance. We source our food locally to make sure the meals are as fresh as possible. We believe in feeding the future the best food available while making it both convenient and low-cost to meet the needs of everyday college students.
