Description
Tracker is a tool for people diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis provided by their health care provider. When diagnosed, they will receive a fitness bracelet that will sync directly to the Tracker app. The bracelet will track their heart rate and steps during exercise routines. It is also serves as a reminder tool, to help them remember to take their medications, perform exercises and other events put into their calendar. The app is a way for a person to track their progress and monitor how they feel during their daily activities. Doing this will help their doctor in recording the joint progression and help the person see and remember what they’re capable of handling physically.
