Milwaukee Estuary AOC – Brennan Dow, Milwaukee Estuary Area of Concern Coordinator for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources

On March 11, 2021, the Center for Water Policy hosted Brennan Dow, the Milwaukee Estuary Area of Concern Coordinator for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, to present to the School of Freshwater Scientists and students about the Area of Concern and the work that partners in Milwaukee are doing to address beneficial use impairments that label Milwaukee as one out of 43 environmentally degraded areas in the Great Lakes. Brennan oversees and leads the progress made towards delisting the Area of Concern. In his role, he serves as the glue that holds together the planning, coordination, outreach, and implementation of Area of Concern related efforts.
