Dan Egan: Past and Future of the Great Lakes Master Chat

Dan Egan, Brico Fund Journalist in Residence at the Center for Water Policy in UWM’s School of Freshwater Sciences, will present a Mobile Master Chat on the Past and Future of the Great Lakes.

A finalist for the 2017 Pulitzer Prize, award-winning journalist Dan Egan’s most recent book The Death and Life of the Great Lakes examines the world’s largest freshwater system. Speaking with WUWM’s Environmental Reporter Susan Bence, Egan will share the knowledge he has amassed about Great Lakes issues from human impacts to climate change that are stressing the massive freshwater resource bordered by two Canadian provinces and eight U.S. states.
