Center for Water Policy Director Melissa Scanlan will be speaking at the Seton Hall Law Review Symposium on Feb. 25, 2022. She will be part of a panel discussion on “Water Infrastructure and the Disproportionate Burden on Marginalized Communities” from 9:30-10:45 a.m.
