Erik Owen

Erik graduated from UWM with a BBA in Accounting. He subsequently was certified as a CPA, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and in C3D (three dimensions of growth for companies). He spent 20 years working for M&I Bank, Johnson Controls, Rockwell, and several other companies in finance leadership and executive management roles.

In 2009, Erik started a business advisory firm, Oak Hill Business Partners, that scales companies and assists business owners in understanding their options, developing plans, and executing their planned transition. He also speaks nationally on growing business value and business exits.

Erik helped restart the business chapter of the UWM Alumni Association and now serves as Chair of the Board of Visitors. He is a proud UWM alum.
