Earlier this month, the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents approved a revised timeline for the Administrative Transformation Program Workday implementation. Go-live is now scheduled for July 2025, revised from July 2024. End-user training will begin in March 2025.
The revision will provide adequate time to prepare for a successful implementation. UWM will continue to partner with ATP as we get ready for the transition to Workday.
The Research Administration Modernization Project (RAMP) went live at UW-Madison in July. The timeline for RAMP at all other UW campuses has been revised to align with the July 2025 Workday implementation to maintain an optimal deployment strategy.
The UWM Readiness Team meets monthly with ATP, and we will continue to collaborate with them on both technical work and user engagement and communications. Over the coming weeks, ATP will be sharing more details on the revised timeline and how this change will impact both in-progress and scheduled work.
