On July 7, a new system called Workday will go live at UWM. Workday is a cloud-based software platform that helps you manage your campus job(s). It’s the new platform you’ll use for everything related to your work, from scheduling and time tracking to viewing your payslips.
Entering Time
From June 28 – July 5 you will be able to enter your time as normal (accessing through my.wisconsin.edu). Starting the afternoon of July 7, you will use Workday to clock in and out and enter time. Please work with your supervisor if you work the morning of July 7, as they may need to adjust your timesheet when it becomes available later that day.
Please note: Existing information will convert to Workday from our current system. After go-live, you are encouraged to view your employee information in Workday to confirm accuracy.
