Workday Support for UWM Employees
Once Workday is live on July 7, UWM employees experiencing any self-service issues — such as updating personal information, submitting expense reports, approving time — should submit a request through GetHelpUW.
Fill out the Workday support form, and someone from the Workday support team will contact you to assist you with your Workday question. You may also call or email Workday support. Please contact the UWM Help Desk as you normally would for your general technology issues and questions.
Workday Training
All employees are encouraged to complete Workday training to get familiar with key elements before Monday. Learn the basics in a self-paced course called “Workday Fundamentals: Workday for All Employees” in your Canvas dashboard. Don’t see it in your dashboard? Find that course and many others linked in the Workday Course Catalog. Employees can email ocm-training@uwm.edu with any training questions.
