The Benefits Open Enrollment period starts Monday, October 6, and goes through October 31, 2025. This is your annual opportunity to enroll in or make changes to most of your benefits for 2026. Changes made during Benefits Open Enrollment are effective January 1, 2026. Plan now so you are ready for the enrollment period.

Decide
There are key decisions to consider regarding your benefits:
- Will you enroll in or make changes to your health, dental, vision, or accident insurance?
- Do you need to add or remove your spouse and/or dependent children to or from any of your benefits?
- Will you participate in the benefits below? If so, you must re-enroll.
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs): Health Care, Limited Purpose, and Dependent Day Care Accounts
- Health Savings Account (HSA): Required if you enroll in a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
- Medical Insurance Opt-Out Incentive
- Parking and Transit Accounts
- Will you increase your coverage for Individual & Family Life Insurance? (current enrollees only)
Act Now: Set up your My Benefits Account
You will need a My Benefits account to access the new benefits enrollment system – My Insurance Benefits. Creating an account is a one-time registration process that you must complete, using your personal email address, prior to enrolling in your benefits for 2026. It is important you set up your My Benefits account prior to Benefits Open Enrollment to prevent login issues that could delay your enrollment. For instructions, review Set Up Account in My Benefits.
