    • Space Quantity – What is the future surplus or deficit of space?
    • Space Quality – How well does the space serve future teaching, research needs?

    • Space Use Recommendations – What are the recommendations to address gaps between current space use and future space needs while considering inventory/assessment data and campus strategic plans?
    • Funding Recommendations – How will the recommendations be funded based on what is affordable and achievable over time?
  4. Process Improvement

    • Process updates – What campus space procedures, forms, processes need to be updated to maintain a long-term ability to respond to future space needs and assessments?
    • Data Tracking – Development of data management tools to support ongoing Space Optimization efforts
