Sammy Goodrich is shaking up assisted living facilities by integrating the arts into their communities. Stage Right Theater sparks creativity by providing a collaborative, inter-generational, theatrical experience in senior care facilities. A team of student-actors visit facilities to teach different aspects of theater, music, and movement to seniors. Both students and seniors work together to create a script which is then performed at the end. The 10-20-minute play allows the seniors to write, direct, and act, boosting confidence and creativity.
