Door County Island Camping

Experience Wisconsin’s famous peninsula, Door County! We will be camping one night at Peninsula State Park, known for its overlooks, beaches, and trails. On day two, we’ll continue the journey with ferry rides to Rock Island for an overnight stay. Rock Island is only 6 miles (9.6 km) in diameter and is known for its historic lighthouse. All equipment, transportation, food, and lodging are included in the price. All participants must attend a mandatory pre-trip meeting the week before. This trip is more expensive than other camping trips due to the cost of taking two ferry rides round trip. Registration closes on Sept. 18.

Physical Activity Rating: EASY

There is an option to place a $75 deposit at checkout – the remainder of the balance must be paid online or in person at Outdoor Pursuits before the trip’s departure.
