Difficulty sleeping? Daytime sleepiness? In this workshop, you can expect to discuss the benefits of sleep, assess your own quality of sleep, learn effective sleep strategies, and design your sleep routine.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the intersection of mindfulness and drinking by highlighting components of mindfulness, reviewing harm reduction strategies related to drinking, and reviewing how you can apply these components and strategies to decisions around drinking.

Rise Above Stigma Displays

As part of Mental Health Week, April 29th through May 3rd, join a community of Panthers who are rising above mental health stigma by contributing to the Rise Above Stigma displays across campus. At each display, individuals will have the opportunity to respond to two prompts, write their responses on a circle, and add their circles to the balloon display.

Rise Above Stigma displays will be located in:

  • NWQ 1st floor hallway
  • Library Learning Commons
