Report on Milwaukee Water Purification Plant

Summary:

Special assignment on the planned expansion of a new water treatment plant to meet increased demand of Milwaukee water needs. The project was also met with pushback by environmental activist groups, who worried that Lake Michigan water quality would suffer under the new construction. The director of the treatment plant, Ray Laurie (Larry?) responds by arguing people’s health and well-being should come before the environment.
