{"id":386,"date":"2025-07-09T08:41:06","date_gmt":"2025-07-09T13:41:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/workday\/?p=386"},"modified":"2025-07-09T08:41:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-09T13:41:08","slug":"workday-and-my-insurance-benefits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/workday\/workday-and-my-insurance-benefits\/","title":{"rendered":"Workday and My Insurance Benefits"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The information below applies to benefits eligible UWM employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-view-benefits-in-workday\">View Benefits in Workday<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To view your current benefits enrollments, get started by logging in to Workday, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myworkday.wisconsin.edu\/\">myworkday\u2060.wisconsin\u2060.edu<\/a>, and go to the <strong>Benefits and Pay Hub<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-benefits-in-my-insurance-benefits\">Benefits in My Insurance Benefits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My Insurance Benefits<\/strong> is a secure online application that provides access to insurance information administered by the Department of Employee Trust Funds.<br><br>Access My Insurance Benefits from the Benefits and Pay Hub under the Suggested Links on the left-hand side. In My Insurance Benefits you can view detailed information about your benefits enrollments (health, life, disability and spending accounts), review and update dependent information, or make changes to your benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Before you can access My Insurance Benefits for the first time, you will need to complete a one-time registration and create a login using your personal email address and personal identification information<\/strong>. This will be your long-term credentials to view and manage most of your benefits. Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/etf.wi.gov\/my-benefits-help\">Employee Trust Funds<\/a> website for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your current benefit information from the prior human resources and benefits system has been transferred to Workday and My Insurance Benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-supplemental-retirement-in-workday\">Supplemental Retirement in Workday<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can enroll in the UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program (SRP) or make changes to your contribution election in Workday. Find job aids to assist you with these changes on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/workday\/workday-for-new-and-current-employees\/\">New and Current Employees webpage<\/a> in the Benefits drop down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-need-help\">Need Help?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Visit the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/workday\/get-help\/\">GetHelpUW section<\/a>\u00a0on the Workday website if you need more support.
