Survivor Support Virtual Yoga

Yoga can help us regain a sense of comfort and ease within our bodies, build resilience, and serve as a form of self-care.  UWM’s Survivor Support and Victim Advocacy Services will be hosting a virtual yoga class to any student survivor who would like to participate.  Please contact the confidential advocate at victimadvocacy@uwm.edu with questions or to register for this offering.
