Did you know your starting salary in your first job could determine your future earning potential? Are you nervous about negotiating that salary?

If you don’t want to leave money on the table, come to the AAUW Start Smart Salary Negotiation Workshop. Join AAUW Start Smart facilitators to learn about your value to a company and then use that knowledge to negotiate a fair salary once you are offered a job.

This is a perfect opportunity for women-identified students close to graduation or those looking for a summer internship. Once you register, watch for a confirmation email from Monica Camacho and print out the attached AAUW workbook OR plan to bring your laptop or tablet to review it during the workshop. You’ll also need a mobile device to complete a short pre- and post-survey at the workshop.
