Women’s March Wisconsin is Saturday, January 18, 2020

The #WomensMarch2020 is coming to Milwaukee! Three years of marching, training, organizing, and building power – it’s all been leading up to this. In 2020, we have a chance to finish what we started three years ago, nominate candidates that represent our interests, and win big in 2020.

This year, we’re uniting to defend our democracy and fight back against voter suppression.

With your help, we can make this the largest day of action the country has ever seen, and demand that our leaders be held accountable, protect our planet, and fight for our rights.

In 2020, we are engaging in targeted actions aimed at those who have attempted to impede on our rights and we are building with those who have always stood by our side. We have seen serious attacks under our current administration but we have also seen just what we are capable of when we fight together. In 2020, we need you to rise with us. In 2020, we need you to march with us. In 2020, we need you to defend our democracy with us.

The Women’s March is a women-led movement bringing together people of all genders, ages, races, cultures, political affiliations, disabilities and backgrounds in Milwaukee on Saturday, January 18, 2020, to affirm our shared humanity and pronounce our bold message of resistance and self-determination.  This year the rally is being held at South Division High School auditorium, 1515 West Lapham Boulevard in Milwaukee.  Doors open at 10:30, rally begins at 11.  As this is an indoor event, signs without sticks are encouraged.  For more information, go to the Event page on Facebook.
