When we&#8217;re overwhelmed with heavy news, it can become hard to cope with everything and that is perfectly normal.&nbsp; It\u2019s ok to sit with that heavy feeling and question \u201cWhat are we going to do? What am I going to do? Can I do something?\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is one thing you can do: Take a moment for yourself and make sure you are feeling okay. Call a friend or family member and talk about what&#8217;s going on or simply check in. Consult a therapist about the changes that are stressing you out or concerning you. Take a break from the digital world for a bit. Engage in your favorite hobby or activity.
