It&#8217;s time to take your health into your own hands. Thankfully, the Student Health and Wellness has in-person and online options available for students to help navigate finals stress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Mindful Space<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The SHAW Mindful Space invites students to relax in our massage chairs, use our VR headsets, or soak in the natural lighting of the space. Students can book the space on the 8th floor of the NWQ for 30-minute increments.
