Whether you&#8217;re a seasoned yogi\/meditator or new to the practice, come unwind and stretch your mind and body in the spirit of wellness and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-meditation\">Meditation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In this very calming and relaxing 30-minute session, allow yourself to rest, refocus, and rejuvenate your mind and body. Our guided meditations will focus on welcoming change, cultivating moment-to-moment awareness (being present), and compassionately preparing the mind and body for the unexpected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-yoga\">Yoga<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Join us for an all-level, rejuvenating yoga class so can care for your body, mind, and spirit. Experience a 30-minute mindful-based yoga class where we will focus on gentle postures, breathing practices, and relaxation. Learn centering techniques and poses to incorporate into your daily life.
