What is an Interpersonal Process (IP) Group?

Interpersonal process groups are a powerful form of therapy to facilitate growth and change. Groups of 5-10 students meet weekly to share their struggles and concerns. Group members receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback from other individuals in a safe and confidential environment. These interpersonal interactions can provide group members the opportunity to deepen their level of self-awareness and to learn how they relate to others. The groups are facilitated by 2 UCS staff members.
