Owen Worlton

Owen Worlton comes to SHAW from his current job at the Rheumatic Disease Center in Glendale, where he has worked as a receptionist with tasks including verification of patient information, signing patients in for appointments, answering phone calls, coordination, and setting up pharmaceutical reps.

He has worked since the age of 16 and reflects that no matter how different his jobs have been, customer service was always the primary goal. He has shared that throughout the years he has seen firsthand what good customer service can do for a business.
