De-stress, Not Distress

Let’s take a break! Reflect on the stress management practices and tools you already use to reduce stress and explore new stress relief strategies. In this workshop, we will define stress, explain how stress can be helpful or hurtful, and discuss our current stressors and stress management techniques.
