Small-Group Training

Small-group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at an affordable rate! Class sizes are limited to 6 participants to allow for more individualized instruction. Your trainer will lead your through a structured series of workouts while providing feedback on your technique and form to help you get the most effective and efficient workout. The added motivation of having others working out in the same room with you pushes you to a new effort level.

TRX Circuit:

Times/Days: Mondays, 6:30-7:15pm

TRX Suspension Training utilizes your own body weight in each exercise, allowing you to choose the level of intensity that is right for you. This fast paced, functional fitness and athletic workout will train your strength, balance, coordination, core stability and flexibility all at once.

Panther Fit:

Tuesdays 5:15-6pm OR
Thursdays 11:30am-12:15pm

This high intensity, dynamic circuit training class will challenge your muscle and core strength, cardio, and everywhere in between. A variety of equipment will be incorporated, including TRX, battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls and more. We will cover full body exercises that will get you ready to conquer any obstacle that stands in your way.

Athletic Performance Training:

Times/Days: Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00-6:00pm
6-week session runs: October 2-November 8

Improve your speed, agility, vertical, and power with this performance-based program. Our trainers will push you to the limit and help improve your performance in any sport. Pre- and post-test included.

Intro to TRX (FREE):

Thursdays, 5-5:30pm
FREE: September 14-December 14

Using suspension equipment that uses your own body weight and gravity, this class focuses on technique, transitions, and progressions. Learn basic foundational exercises that will build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility as well as core engagement and joint stability.
Space limited to 6, pick up a pass from the UREC Equipment Room up to 30 minutes before class start time to secure your spot.
