The recreation locker room facilities (Klotsche Center Rooms 113, 119, and 131) within the Klotsche Center are part of university space assigned to University Recreation to support the use of the Klotsche Center and Pavilion. Students and UREC members using these facilities must act in accordance with university and departmental regulations and standards, including this Locker Room Use Policy_11.07.2022 (1)
To prevent and/or reduce the loss of state property and/or personal property, UREC will provide students and UREC members with gender or non-gender-specific locker rooms, lockers, and locks. Students and UREC members will have the option to rent and be assigned lockers and combination locks on a contract basis or use daily lockers on a day-to-day basis using personal locks or rented locks. A master file of the lock combinations will be maintained by UREC in order to facilitate access to these lockers.
*Lockers are available for semester purchase with options for Full or Half Lockers (limited availability).
All lockers must be renewed or emptied by the semester expiration date. Should you elect not to renew your locker during the renewal period, please remove all locker contents and place the lock back on your locker once finished. Failure to empty the locker by the stated date will result in UREC staff clearing the locker. If the items are not collected within thirty (30) days they will become the property of UREC and will be donated to a charity.

It is up to the UWM Student to ensure that they will be paying the Segregated Fee (branch students do not pay Main Campus segregated fees) to have access to the Klotsche Center and Pavilion prior to renewing or purchasing a membership. Locker rentals are non-refundable.

Daily lockers are available in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms.
- Daily Lockers are free to UWM Students and UREC members for same-day use only.
- Each student or member must provide his/her own lock or rent one for the day.
- Locks are available for rental at the Equipment Room for $1/day*.
Any locks remaining on daily lockers when the Klotsche Center and Pavilion closes will be cut-off and any items remaining in the locker will be cleared and stored. To receive your items back you will be charged a $10 fee. If the items are not collected within thirty (30) days they will become the property of UREC and will be donated to a charity.
