Urban Studies faculty affiliates Anne Bonds and Derek Handley discussed the Mapping Racism and Resistance project and unveiled the long-awaited interactive map at Centennial Hall on Saturday, Nov 8 to a large turnout of attendees. A number of urban studies students as well as many volunteers have worked on this project that documents the extent and timeline of racially restrictive covenants in Milwaukee county.
