Reservations and Pricing

Union Event Services is responsible for all reservations in the UWM Student Union. To use any of the Union’s reservable spaces, please contact Union Event Services with your request.

Meeting room reservations can be made:

  • In Person: at the Event Services Desk (located on the Third Floor) or the Union’s Information Center (located on the Ground Floor)

Large Event Space reservations are made by first submitting an Event Request Form (Campus Departments). These forms are required to make reservations in the following areas (requests must be submitted at least eight weeks in advance of event date). You may also make this request online via WebApp.


The UWM Student Union is sustained by student fees, dedicated to shared governance and provides resources for the social, personal and intellectual development of students.  Based on this principle, it is the responsibility of Event Services to ensure all entities that reserve space in the Student Union are properly billed for the services that are required to facilitate their needs.

The pricing structure for reservable spaces in the Student Union are designed to ensure the fair and ethical treatment of all clients of Event Services.
