Marshall Loomis is an advisor for Wisconsin's only Upward Bound program. Hi spassion drives his devotion to paying forward service to his fellow battles. In providing acces to first generation and underprivileged adult clients, southeastern post-secondary institutions will have received Americans patriots through our conduit of self-less service and mentoring.

Marshal has acquired his Bachelor's of Information Science and Technology from UW-Milwaukee, and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Library Science with an emphasis in information technology where both Veterans Upward Bound and the School of Information Studies are house respectively.
