This change helps prevent traffic backups and issues of visitors exiting the garage area when parking is unavailable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Permit holders should access NWQ Garage from Newport Ave. <\/strong>and use any entrance<strong>.
