As the NWQ Stormwater Management Project continues, the Hartford Ave. drive aisle to NWQ Garage remains closed. The garage remains accessible via Newport Ave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To improve traffic flow and reduce congestion at the garage entrances, the North Entrance on the Upper Level will be reserved for daily and hourly parkers only<\/strong>. This change helps prevent traffic backups and allows visitors to more easily exit the garage area when parking is unavailable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Permit holders should access NWQ Garage from Newport Ave. and use one of the permit-holder entrances on the south side of the garage.
