It allows users to create, organize, and share notes in a flexible notebook format directly through a web browser, with changes automatically saved and synced in real time via OneDrive. OneNote Online is especially useful for collaborative projects, class notes, and meeting documentation, as multiple users can edit and contribute simultaneously.
