Website Content Management (WordPress)

WordPress is an implementation of the open-source, web-based WordPress content management and blogging platform. Without requiring coding skills, it allows faculty and staff to manage UWM websites and update online content. In addition to this platform, users will have access to a Plug-in Catalog that extends WordPress’ functionality to provide calendars, forms, event registration, dynamic image galleries, and more.

This service includes the following features:

  • Utilize UWM Web Identity Theme
  • Integrate videos into sites
  • Structure and share content
  • UWM Single Sign-On password-protected Web content
  • Access the WordPress API
  • Take advantage of additional functionality using the Plug-in Catalog
